Hundreds of Parkland students work on campus each semester in a wide variety of positions. These jobs offer work experience in a supportive environment, a chance to build workplace skills, and an opportunity to connect with faculty, staff, and other students.
Some of the positions are funded by the individual Parkland departments. Others are funded by Federal Work Study, a federally funded program for students who demonstrate financial need. Call or visit the Financial Aid office for Federal Work Study eligibility information (217/351-2222; room A170).
Stop by the Career Center, room A175, to complete a student employment application and to inquire about open positions and eligibility. You can also view job listings at http://www.collegecentral.com/parkland/.
