State Licensing Requirements: Those eligible to obtain an Illinois Broker's license must be at least 21 years of age, have a high school diploma (or equivalent), and successfully completed 90 hours of pre-license education (RES 750 & 751). State Attendance Requirements: Students must attend a minimum of 90% of all course sessions and receive a passing grade on the final course examination in order to qualify for a Uniform Real Estate Transcript. A Uniform Real Estate Transcript is required to take the state examination.
Fulfill 75 of the required 90 hours of pre-license education with this state approved course taught by Harrison Strange. Course topics include: Illinois real estate license law and rules; Illinois law specific to real estate ownership, rental and transfer; federal law, including fair housing, antitrust and common law.
