KATIE TAYLOR is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and works full-time at the University of Illinois in the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics. She has been an instructor for the State of Illinois Foodservice Sanitation Course since 2009. Katie is excited to work with students at Parkland to help them learn proper sanitation procedures and increase their knowledge to help ensure safe practices in their job and at home.

If you fail to pass the exam the first time, you can retake the exam during the next class offering. The fee to retake the exam is $49. To register for a retake, please use course number WBT 611. You can retake the exam two times before being required to take the entire course over.
Which languages are the exams available?
The exam is available in English, Spanish, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Korean and Japanese.. The test is given in English unless prior arrangements have been made to take the test in a different language. The course is taught in English only.
