Food Service Sanitation Certification |
Fulfill the Illinois certification requirement for food handlers with Susan Walters, a Registered ServSafe® Food Safety Instructor. Topics include food-borne illness, time-temperature control, personal hygiene, cleaning and sanitizing, HACCP, food safety, preparation and serving, cross-contamination, government regulations, and more. In addition to becoming state certified, candidates who successfully complete this course are eligible for the ServSafe® Food Safety Certification Examination for an additional fee.

Food Service Sanitation Refresher |
Illinois food service sanitation certificates are valid for five years, and must be renewed before they expire. The Illinois Department of Public Health allows no exceptions so complete this refresher course to keep your certification current.
To be eligible for a food Service Refresher course, you must have a current valid certification and complete the refresher course before your current certification expires.
