ANITA HALL is a registered dietitian nutritionist with over 35 years of professional nutrition and food service experience. She received her BS in Nutrition and Hospitality Management from University of Illinois. In 2011 she joined the faculty in the Parkland College Dietary Management program courses. She is an experienced preceptor for many students in the certified dietary management course.
Anita's well-rounded expertise includes: director of food and nutrition services, clinical dietitian, university college housing food management, hospital food and nutrition services management, contract food and nutrition services management, long term care facilities, rehabilitation facilities,assisted living facilities and wellness coaching. She is also an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and Eastern Illinois Dietetic Association.
